Mt. Peale  12,721'

Mt. Peale from the southeast.

Twenty miles southeast of Moab is Mt. Peale.
The northeast approach road was snowed in
and the southern approach road was overrun
by a creek. All we could was admire the sight.
Moab is a tourist trap. Be sure to camp in the
Manti-LaSal National Forest and avoid Moab motels.
